The ConnectPro system is a revolutionary concept in trolling motor DC connections, featuring superior electric current carrying capacity that eliminates problems that rob motors of power and reduce battery life. The ConnectPro trolling motor plug and receptacle boasts a locking plug and receptacle, as well as a spring clamping connection, which provides a secure electrical contact.
The universal design of the ConnectPro system accommodates 2 or 3-wire configurations for 12V, 24V, 12/24V, 24/36V, or 36V systems. The weather-resistant sealing cap and Perma-Lock connections, which will not loosen under extreme hull vibration, ensure reliable performance.
The ConnectPro system is available as a Receptacle, Plug, or Combo (plug and receptacle). Additionally, the Optional 6-Gauge ConnectPro Wire Receptacle Adapter allows for 6 AWG wire connection to the 3-wire receptacle for higher amperage installations, maintaining the same universal design and voltage configurations.
The 6-Gauge ConnectPro Wire Receptacle Adapter is easy to install, with a supplied mounting plate for front panel installation or a locking ring for rear access installation. The corrosion-resistant, plated brass electrical components and drain holes in the receptacle keep water away from the electrical components, while the watertight sealing cap provides further protection.
The Perma-Lock screw terminals of the ConnectPro system will not loosen under extreme hull vibration, and the adapter accepts 10 and 8 AWG wire, mounting in a standard 1-1/8" diameter mounting hole.
